Oak Hill prevails over Centerville Bulldogs

OAK HILL _ Cole Seazell tossed a one-hitter, leading Oak Hill to a 10-0 victory over the Centerville Bulldogs in the Louisiana High School Athletic Association Class B playoffs here Friday.

Seazell hurled No. 3 seed Oak Hill to the victory over No. 30 seed Centerville. Seazell pitched four scoreless innings, giving up one hit with no walks and five strikeouts.

Centerville starting pitcher Payton Landry worked 4 1/3 frames, allowing 10 runs (5 earned) on nine hits with eight walks and one strikeout.

Logan Broussard belted a single, going 1 for 2 to lead the Bulldogs.

CHS ended the season with the road loss to Oak Hill while earning a second place finish in District 8-B with a 3-3 league record.
