MORGAN CITY — In a back-and-forth game, Morgan City had just enough to squeeze out a victory in a 6-5 win against Berwick Thursday at Tiger Diamond.
Berwick High School students were recognized by the Louisiana High School Athletic Association by being placed on the all-state academic composite teams for their respective sports. To be placed on the teams, students must have earned a 4.0 through their first six semesters of high school while participating in the sport for two years.
