Minutes after his team’s 28-21 upset loss to Ascension Catholic Thursday, it didn’t take Central Catholic Coach Tommy Minton long to diagnose what happened, and it wasn’t pretty.
Berwick Mayor Louis Ratcliff, seated center, has proclaimed Sept. 18-24 as Berwick High School Homecoming Week. Some of the festivities planned at Berwick High are a 4 p.m. homecoming parade Sept. 22, followed by a chili dinner and pep rally from 4:30 to 6 p.m. The Sept. 23 homecoming game begins at 7 p.m., with the Panthers facing the Franklin Hornets. A homecoming dance will be held Sept. 24.
