Central Catholic opened its season with a sweep of Highland Baptist, 25-22, 25-12, 25-13. As a team, Central Catholic had 38 kills and hit for a 0.369 clip.

Cassidy pushes de-regulation, reform on Morgan City visit

U.S. Sen. Bill Cassidy called Monday for decreasing regulations on industry to boost Louisiana’s economy along with making reforms to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and health care.

Donations to AGU Judged Art Show and Sale
