Berwick and Patterson High schools combined for five first-team All-District 8-3A baseball selections. Berwick’s top choices included pitcher Bradley Gray, first baseman D.J. Deputies with the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office made a sizeable drug bust last weekend, seizing over 50 marijuana plants among other items from a growing operation in Verdunville.
