City workers were among those who had to go out in the cold this morning. Here, they backfill an area by Complex Park in Morgan City where the city finished repairing an unnamed street behind the park last week, City Public Works Director Mike Loupe said. City officials are trying to get the recreation complex “in decent shape,” Loupe said. This morning, workers were also constructing the foundation for a new batting cage, Loupe said.
