Central Catholic High School's Class 1A regional round baseball contest set for today has been rained out and will be made up when a location is determined, Central Catholic coach Tyler Jensen said in a Facebook post.
Sheriff Mark Hebert recently accepted a $1,500 donation given to the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office by SM Energy of Morgan City. The donation was presented by Shane Wiggins who, on the company’s behalf, expressed appreciation for the services the Sheriff’s Office provides.
