Police Reports 6-30-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Jason J. Ashley, 26, of 189 North Prairie Road, Centerville, was arrested Friday at 9:58 a.m. on a warrant charging him with theft of utilities and three warrants charging him with probation violation. No bond was set.
Eulalia H. McCoy, 19, of 304 Sneed St., Berwick, was arrested Friday at 12:09 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of possession of MDMA with intent to distribute. No bond was set.
Henry Fontenot, 26, of 117 Robicheaux Lane, Verdunville, was arrested Friday at 12:34 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to provide notice as a sex offender. He was held on $30,000 bond.
Cody LeBlanc, 19, of Delcambre, was arrested Friday at 2:01 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of disturbing the peace, no seat belt and reckless operation. He was released on $2,500 bond.
James A. Gaines, 27, of 188 Beadle St., Amelia, was arrested Friday at 3:16 p.m. on a charge of domestic abuse. No bond was set.
Gus Bowie, 49, of 2411 Sixth St., Lot, 7, Jeanerette, was arrested Friday at 10:44 p.m. on charges of improper lane use, expired auto inspection, possession of a Schedule I drug, violation of a drug free zone and open alcohol container. No bond was set.
Eleni M. Pertuz, 21, of Marrero, was arrested Saturday at 2:34 a.m. on a charge of simple battery. She was released on a summons.
Dennis Gonzalez, 26, of 129 Village Lane, Amelia, was arrested Saturday at 3:42 a.m. on a charge of open alcohol container and released on a summons.
Alex J. Goodyear, 23, of New Iberia, was arrested Sunday at 12:51 p.m. on a charge of illegal possession of stolen firearms. No bond was set.
David Carline, 56, of 106 Southeast Blvd., Apt. 1, Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 5:24 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace intoxicated and remaining where forbidden. He was released on a summons.
David Bonner, 47, of 111 Pecan Lane, Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 9 p.m. on a warrant charging him with domestic abuse battery. No bond was set.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Andrew Goleman, 35, of 213 Railroad St., Patterson, Friday at 3:24 p.m. on a warrant charging him with operation of a clandestine laboratory. No bond was set.
James Gash, 33, of 1802 N. Street, Patterson, was arrested Friday at 4:01 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, crack cocaine with intent to distribute, MDMA and drug paraphernalia. He was also charged with violation of a drug free zone, driving under suspension, improper license plate display, transactions involving drug proceeds and possession in the presence of a minor. Bond is set at $97,000.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Pedro Gomez-Martinez, 21, of Houma, Friday at 8:59 a.m. on charges of speeding, no driver’s license, no proof of insurance, failure to carry registration and possession of fraudulent documents. No bond was set.
Brennan Navy, 24, of Anderson Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 6:27 p.m. on a charge of simple burglary and released on $3,500 bond.
Kimberly Gillen, 30, of Cedarwood Drive, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 6:53 p.m. on a district court warrant charging her with failure to appear on charges of improper turn signal and failure to honor a written promise to appear. She was released on $319 bond.
Bobby Adcox, 53, of Kirk Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 12:26 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace and released on $250 bond.
Shontanice McDaniel, 19, of Gum Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 8:50 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace. She was released on $250 bond.
Travis Walters, 30 of J.A. Hernandez Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 6:02 a.m. on a district court failure to appear warrant on a charge of attempted possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. No bond was set.
Scott Marcotte, 52, of Anderson Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 6:39 p.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery. No bond was set.
Albert Walter III, 37, of J.A. Hernandez Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 6:46 p.m. on a warrant charging him with sexual battery. No bond was set.
Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Danielle M. Smith, 45, of Lafayette on a charge of theft. She was released on a summons.
