Morgan Ctiy Project Graduation

Manuel Ramirez, right, Morgan City High School Project Graduation committee member, is presented with a donation for this year’s event from Sunshine Rutledge, a Patterson State Bank loan officer located at the Morgan City location. Each year Project Graduation provides a safe environment for graduating seniors to celebrate with their classmates. The event provides food, entertainment and door prizes for those who attend. This year’s event will be held on graduation night, May 15, 2015, at Morgan City High School.

Ribbon-cutting ceremony for Bonnie’s Bouquets and Bakery

A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held Saturday for Bonnie’s Bouquets and Bakery located at 516 Church St. in Patterson. Among those present were, back row, Lisa Patterson, St. Mary Parish Chamber of Commerce marketing director and office manager; Geraldine Dugan; Gerlinde Frentz; Dawn Pete; Jimmy Kyle; and Whitney Bazile.
